Winter is a time for deep rest and reflection. In Chinese medicine, this is a season associated with the Water phase (or element), as well as the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder. These organ systems include dynamic processes that rule our birth, development and maturation.
The Seasonal Nourishment course series provides a unique approach to wellness education through the lens of Chinese Medicine. Utilizing principles including Qi, Yin-Yang, and the Five Elements, you will gain a fresh understanding about the important role that nature, food and cosmology play in your life .
Throughout this series you will learn regenerative rituals that support your health goals and overall balance, how to honor your intuition, and ways to create a more sustainable relationship with the planet.
This series will start with the Water Phase, associated with the Winter season.

Once delivered, you will have access to the recorded materials including an introduction and presentation of the full course. You will also receive printable slides to accompany the recording.
